Department OverviewAs a Configure Pricing Quoting (CPQ) Product Owner, you are a key member of Motorola Solutions’ IT Global Sales team building next generation sales quoting experiences on our global CPQ platforms. You will be responsible for defining the vision of the CPQ system, prioritizing the backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy and feature requirements. As a key member of the team who acts as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team to deliver value through the Oracle CPQ platform. You will be accountable for overseeing the development and management of your product and putting our customers at the forefront. You will be driving the successful delivery of the solution while considering the end-to-end view. You will work with a talented IT team to implement requirements and provide development solutions for our corporate-wide Quoting Platform.
Job Description

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements. Conduct research, stakeholder analysis, and user feedback analysis to inform product decisions.

Agile Development Process: Work within an agile development framework to manage product iterations, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Participate in sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Updates JIRA daily/weekly to understand cross-dependencies within workstreams.
Data Driven / Prioritization: Bring a data-driven approach to the product and provide insights into how the product is performing and capturing business value.  Using those data insights, prioritize effectively to drive the product forward using data insights to make decisions for the product.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to establish common processes that impact the product but also look across the other products for synergies across business units or departments. Promote consistency, efficiency, and interoperability. Establish effective governance across your product.
Execute demos: Conduct demos to get constant feedback on agile deliverables.
Creating the delivery roadmap: Assisting with the creation of the delivery roadmap and product strategy to align with Business strategy.
Managing timeline: Assist with managing the timeline to hit incremental deliverables
Program status reporting: Assist with program status reporting
Configuring Salesforce CPQ objects: Configuring Salesforce CPQ objects to meet stakeholders' specific needs
Providing guidance: Providing guidance related to product configurations and commerce process flows
Communicating with stakeholders: Supporting the Delivery and Governance Team in communicating with stakeholders and manage the expectations


Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in CPQ or related projects.
Strong understanding of the Oracle CPQ platform, CPQ capabilities and best practices.
Knowledgeable on ERP system and salesforce application
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
Strong verbal and written communication  and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and product backlog.


Basic Requirements

5+ years of professional work experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
Experience with Oracle CPQ or other CPQ solutions.
Knowledge of sales processes and experience working with sales cross-functional teams.
Experience with change management and driving adoption of new systems and processes.
