IT/OT Manager

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Lead the strategy and execution of IT/OT infrastructure integration to support digital transformation across office and field environments. + Oversee Tier 3 support operations and ensure secure, reliable core system up time and connectivity between IT and OT systems. + Manage large-scale IT and OT projects—including infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and automation initiatives—ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery that meets quality and regulatory standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals and safety standards. + Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing, and IIoT to enhance operational efficiency. + Oversee financial planning and budgeting for IT/OT initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities. + Support the development, testing, and maintenance of IT/OT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance. **What Are We Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related field. Technical certifications, experience, or vocational training in information technology or a related field may substitute for a degree. + Minimum of 3 years leading IT/OT teams and delivering integrated infrastructure solutions across enterprise and industrial environments. + Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), cloud services, and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA). + Skilled in managing complex projects, vendor relationships, and support operations aligned with ITIL and cybersecurity standards. + Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams. + Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Work Environment** This role operates in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and industrial site engagement.
