The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all IT and OT assets at our manufacturing site, including both office environments and the shop floor. This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing network, desktop, and server support while maintaining robust cybersecurity measures. **Your Impact** + Provide comprehensive support for all IT and OT assets, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime, plus smart hands support for other IT departments (network, hosting, etc.) + Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points. + Install, configure, and maintain IT workstations, printers, devices, desktop and server hardware and software, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure. + Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect against threats, as well as respond to and resolve IT and OT incidents promptly, minimizing impact on operations. + Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents, including processing tickets as second level support + Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of IT and OT systems. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/OT support roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + Experience in multifunction printers’ maintenance, MS365, Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Server OS, Network Hardware, Server & Storage Hardware, Windows desktop and server environments, Cisco network equipment, and Palo Alto firewalls. + Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are preferred. **Your Benefits** + Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme + Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote work within the organizational framework + Health and life insurance **Your Workplace** You will be working an onsite role based in Assumption, IL.
