Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS024, T6, Band 9 Platform Management:o Design, deploy, and maintain IT platforms across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.o Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance through continuous monitoring and optimization.
System Integration:o Integrate various IT systems and platforms to create a seamless operational environment.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility and efficiency of solutions.
Infrastructure Support:o Manage virtualization environments, including provisioning and maintaining virtual machines.o Oversee configuration and management of servers, storage, and network resources.
Automation and Optimization:o Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.o Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities.
Security and Compliance:o Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from vulnerabilities and threats.o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting and Support:o Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues promptly.o Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
Minimum Requirements TCS024, T6, Band 9 • Active Secret clearance• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and platform management, education can be considered as additional years of experience. • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible).• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols.• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
