We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will be:

Provide front to back PMO operations across the department across governance, assurance, reporting, administration and control functions.Embed and maintain adherence to best practice tools, processes, templates and standards across project/programme manager communityPartner in successful delivery of the portfolio with the stakeholders within immediate team and partner with the IT COO, PPM, WFM, Procuement, Corporate Finance and Business counterparts.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

5 yrs experience as Senior PMO (GCB 5.2 or equivalent).Experience within financial services (preferably HSBC) and within large IT/ Change delivery function (Extensive)Strong track record of supporting complex change programmes across a matrix-structured organisationExperience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines.Cost controller or IT Planning Finance experience with strong excel skills (managing/modelling large data sets)Strong Stakeholder management / Relationship Building Skills.Knowledge of HSBC tools and processes including and not limited to Clarity, GPDM, Cognos and QlikviewExperience of using Sharepoint, Confluence and other project management tools.Ability to deliver on time and at a consistent professional levelExcellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audienceAbility to work alone or as part of a team, as required.Robust and resilient self-starter,Meticulous attention to detailAbility to work with information from various systems and make sense of data and to express clearly with assumptions used
