Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Power Pages). + Design, build, and configure Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes. + Integrate Power Apps with data sources like SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, and other APIs. + Troubleshoot and optimize Power Apps solutions to ensure performance, usability, and scalability. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Customize and extend the functionality of Power Apps by leveraging Power Platform, Power BI, and custom connectors. + Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in Power Platform and suggest improvements to existing applications. + Document development processes, configurations, and best practices. Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate: (If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution) + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 3+ years of experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. + Strong proficiency in building Canvas and Model-driven apps. + Experience with Power Platform Common Data Service (Dataverse). + Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. + Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. + Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party systems into Power Apps. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate technical concepts effectively. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: + Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400). + Experience in Agile development methodology. + Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics CE, and Office 365 ecosystems. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
