Overview Gallagher is executing a cost effective global resource and supplier strategy with the goal of achieving a 60% onshore / 40% offshore model through the use of third party providers in cost effective geographies with skillsets that meet our enterprise needs. The Global IT Resource & Supplier Relationship Specialist supports and improves technology resource and supplier management processes. How you'll make an impact Support the IT Resource Supplier Preferred Vendor Program including, but not limited to, Resource Requests and Processes, governance, SLAs, communications, communications, change management, vendor scorecards, CSAT and other performance metrics. Collaborate with internal consulting, procurement, and finance to develop and measure comprehensive data around our resource costs and locations. Continuously drive efficiencies, manage, and optimize supplier relationships, services, and SLAs. Manage other projects reporting and initiatives as assigned. About you Required Minimum 5 years of experience working with IT vendors, primarily with consulting and offshore Professional services. Continuous improvement mindset for assessing strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in existing services delivery and resource management. Experience in reviewing and/or evaluating performance of vendor/service contracts and SLAs. Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to maintain solid partnerships while challenging the status quo, collaboratively introducing change to process/procedures in order to transform and evolve service delivery. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences (English). Proven Proficiency in MS Excel, large pivot tables, formulas and charts is required. Experience in project reporting, executive level briefing a plus Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in related field. Working Central Time Zone hours. Desired: 5+ years of experience working with outsourced/offshore Professional services IT vendors. Business analysis, program/project management and other Vendor Management office VMO/PMO-related experience and skills. Knowledge and experience with PowerBI tools are a plus. Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS) tool. Work Traits: Ability to drive results by creating an environment that motivates, inspires, and respects others’ contributions. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with all levels of the organization and across functional and technical teams. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
