Detailed Job Description:

Expertise in FMEA of Rotating equipment and valves.

Should be able to perform the below activities:

Characterize different failure modes Map failure modes to FMEA of valves Process failure models and associate with operational life Ability to perform Lab and Field Testing Lab and Field Test plan preparation Develop lab fixtures Able to visit customer locations to understand environmental constrains Data acquisition of assets under test Carryout Life Analysis on the assets under test Understand Quality control procedures and techniques Conduct the assessment of valve maturity Suggest design changes based on data analysis
