Detailed Job Description:

Position is responsible for providing identity and access management services to the organization. The Oracle Identity Management Lead is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining existing application infrastructure and future requirement of Oracle Identity Management (OIM) solutions. This role supports business critical enterprise access solutions and works closely with the rest of the OIM Engineering team at offshore to ensure smooth delivery of project goals, maintaining the confidentiality of client s organizational systems and data. Excellent Hands on working knowledge in leading Identity Management products Oracle Identity Manager OIM Design and implement solutions for leading enterprise Identity Management products Contribute to working groups creating Thought Leadership including Best Practices, Analysis Design Patterns. Good Understanding of Identity Life cycle like joinerleaver, termination etc. and successfully interpreting into technical configuration per business requirements.
