Participate in knowledge transition from the Plant Implementation Team to understand plant specific requirements and solution, and plant personnel roles and training needs. Leads the overall skills assessment related to Manufacturing, training document review, and supplementary job aid creation that may be needed for a site. Assists in facilitation of UAT testing at site. Works with detailed scheduling for Day 1 operations. Assist on - site during physical inventory and cutover activities to ensure data is accurate. Onsite for centrally located team responsible for user support post go live, as well as defect reporting and working with the build team on defect resolution. Onsite shift coverage as necessary to ensure no gaps in coverage during operations. 1 to 1 and group support during stabilization. Provide on call support as needed.
