Detailed Job Description:

Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Adjust based on your necessity Create and maintain the JIRA boards for the pod. Write JIRA queries to produce status reports. Identify operational impediments and other bottlenecks blockers and act towards its resolution. Own and facilitate the scrum ceremonies daily stand ups, retrospectives, sprint review sessions, sprint planning, etc.
