Should be able to Lead 40+ member team located across geographies Possess In-depth knowledge of technology stack for SAP ECC, BI,EP, SAP HANA,SLD, PI(XI), SAP CRM, SAP SRM, SAP MDM, Supplier Portal, Web Dispatcher, Folders Content Server and Solution Manager Collaborate with other IT teams, leads to manage the SAP and infrastructure. Deep SAP technical expertise to guide project planning, prioritization, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex SAP technical issues Lead the team in the architectural design, installation and configuration of all SAP systems S/4HANA 1809 Should participate in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and client strategies for continuous improvement. Hands on experience in SAP BASIS tasks such as Designing & Implementing Landscape and Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), High-Availability & Disaster Recovery setup, Backup & Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, SAP Upgrades, Solutioning, and Basis Administration Provide guidance to team, Proven leadership managing teams including directing work, coaching, and building talent. Good understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process framework in order to ensure that business/project teams can obtain services efficiently
