Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

SAP BW 5 on HANA Design, Backend Modeling, Bex Reports, Native HANA modelling Should bring Best Practices to client, Design Guidelines. Think forward about the roadmap and how client should be prepared for the same. Work experience and knowledge on S4HANA, BO Reporting skills and experience will be a good addon to have.
