Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Must Have Skills: SAP Solution Manager Upgrades SAP SolMan ChaRM Solution Documentation SAP SolMan Technical Monitoring Nice to Have: Managed System Configuration ChaRM Configuration Application Operations SAP HANA Database Administration SAP Upgrades Detailed Job Description: Strong knowledge in the core SAP Solution Manager areas and a good understanding of SAP Basis, Change Management and Release Management areas Must have good technical know - how and expertise in resolving issues in SAP Solution Manager Must have experience in at least 1 end-to-end SolMan implementation Must have configured Technical Monitoring (knowledge of additional monitoring setups like ICMON, PIMON etc. will be a plus) Expertise in configuring Change Request Management across different types of SAP landscapes (Retrofit, CSOL, DGP knowledge will be a plus) Expertise in setting up and working with Solution Documentation Expertise in system setup and connections with managed systems (worked with large landscapes), SLD, LMDB, different agents etc. Experience in SAP SolMan system copies, migrations, upgrades and installations Good to have knowledge in configuring IT Service Management, Business Process Monitoring, Business Process Analytics Good to have knowledge in setting up DVM reporting, Configuration Validation reporting, Focused Insights Basic understanding of how to integrate with third party tools Basic understanding of SAP Solution Manager Security roles Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams, participate in various discussion involving SolMan and provide structured inputs, prepare project plans Good written and verbal communication skills Exposure or general awareness of at least one cloud platform
