✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

At least 2 years of experience as a Technical ITSM Problem Manager or in similar roles. Proficiency with ITIL frameworks and related ITSM software. Experience with incident and problem management processes. Experience with root cause analysis. English and Spanish Fluent.
