Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our Information Technology Specialist team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating corporate data management, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams in the LATAM region, with a strong focus on Masterdata and its integrations across various systems.To be successful in this role, you bring a strong ability to manage priorities and effectively organize your time, ensuring deadlines and goals for assigned projects are met.Your Responsibilities:You will be responsible for identifying and gathering information from users and clients through interviews, meetings, and direct interactions. Your goal will be to understand their challenges, difficulties, and needs related to system usage, contributing to the planning and development of new projects while improving the maintenance of existing systems.You will provide expert advice and support in the installation of new services or modifications to existing ones, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget.You will play a key role in validating developed projects by reviewing scope, technology, and documentation. Through thorough evaluation, you will provide strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis to ensure projects meet business needs.You will map local impacts on global initiatives by participating in forums and specialized groups related to Masterdata.You will manage the lifecycle of corporate Masterdata, ensuring its quality, integration, and governance. This includes monitoring and organizing data across different environments, defining quality and integration indicators, and engaging business areas in data cleansing and standardization efforts.You will collaborate with global and local teams to guarantee the availability, accuracy, and proper documentation of Masterdata by participating in meetings, analyzing inconsistencies, and proposing continuous improvements.

Qualifications for the role

To be successful in this role, you bring a strong technical foundation and expertise in SAP ECC Masterdata and SAP MDG, along with a deep understanding of data governance and data quality management methodologies. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, enabling you to communicate effectively across regional and global teams.Additionally, your experience in leading data governance projects and your background in Masterdata standardization will set you apart.
