Job DescriptionBecome part of an international team that develops and operates a global eShop solution with deep integration with SAP S/4 HANA system landscape.You are responsible in one or more eCommerce processes from IT system perspective with focus on master data processes such as customer registration and management as well as product catalogue and search related processes.Furthermore, you support our central user department in transformation of business process requirements to IT process requirements.In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you are designing innovative technical solutions and take over the responsibility for the implementation.The creation of user stories, the consultation of development teams and user departments as well as the evaluation of solutions are also part of your work.Finally, you supply guidance to our support experts in process evaluation, problem solving and feedback.

QualificationsEducation: studies in Business-Informatics or comparableExperience and Knowledge:several years of B2B eCommerce expertise in consulting or industry with focus on platform implementation with deep integration in Enterprise-IT or several years of experience as a key user in the sales or eCommerce areaunderstanding of complex architectures with focus on eCommerce solutionsexperience in integration with PIM/MAM and Central User Management as well as CMD Systemsagile project management skills with experience in PM tools such as Atlassian, Jira and Confluenceexperience in collaborating with cross functional teams in an international environmentstrong presentation and coordination skillsPersonality and Working Practice: strong teamplayer with an adapting/open mindset for changing or fast-moving environments; you have an important level of customer orientation and change managementWork Routine: willingness to travel (~10%)Enthusiasm: high interest in new digital trends and motivation to learnLanguages: fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
