IT Procurement & Asset Management Associate - Contingent Worker

Organization, communication and customer service skills Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned Creativity and the ability to work with minimal supervision and with a variety of internal user groups and external suppliers Highly organized with great attention to detail High achiever, driven to succeed Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience1+ years of experience in Asset Management and/or Office Admin responsibilities that might include procurement, service desk, inventory management, shipping/receiving. IT experience an asset but not required.Manage asset management procedures, including asset tagging hardware and inventory controls.Fulfil requests within ticketing system.Coordinating the return of hardware assets for departuresAssist in processing purchase orders for invoices and reviewing for accuracy & submitting for paymentVery organized, able to manage priorities as they come up.Detail-oriented and able to communicate cross teams effectively.Team player, being able to work with local and remote teams to complete assignments and tasks.Escalates issues as appropriate.Monitors activities related to timely delivery of returned equipment.Discuss invoices with vendors and internal customers and other stakeholders.
