Job overview and responsibilities
The IT Procurement Coordinator is leading the transition of the current procurement processes provided by a third party into Syensqo, implementing process improvements and ensuring full user autonomy in the end state.
The main roles and responsibilities are the following:
Understand and describe the current end-to-end procurement processes for IT Transition the processes into Syensqo in collaboration with the Finance and Procurement function Ensure process implementation in current and new systems Train all IT users and promote adoption Monitor and ensure process quality Improve processes Provide operational support during high workload periods Reach full user autonomy within 18 months Coordination of one additional resource in the global IT capability center in India
Additional roles and responsibilities are the following:
Project Management Office support Operational and administrative management support, such as resource onboarding, communication coordination, administrative issue resolution.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree (administrative, executive assistant or similar orientation) Experience with procurement / purchasing administrative processes Project Management Experience / knowledge Usage of productivity and collaboration tools
