Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product/Service Manager for our Data Integration and Dashboarding product. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, securing new customer engagement, and ensuring the financial viability of the product. The candidate will coordinate closely with our development team to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet our customer needs. The role also includes ensuring compliance with central directives and policies, particularly regarding security and quality standards

Main activities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers (Bosch entities), fostering strong relationships to understand their data integration and dashboarding needsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenuePrepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customersOversee the financial performance of the Data Integration and Dashboarding product, ensuring that costs are managed effectively, and profitability targets are metDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to the product

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Data Science, or a related fieldProven experience in product management or a related roleExcellent communication skills with a strong customer orientationStrong skills in requirements management and stakeholder relationship managementExcellent financial comprehension with experience in financial processes such as demand planning, price calculation, and chargingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering resultsStrong understanding of digital marketing and digital analytics processesPreferred/Desired technical expertise in Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, and Funnel.IO
