To accelerate adoption and “sweating the asset”, the Excellence Explorer squad will go back to the entity post SAP eco system implementation to observe usage of the system, assist with issues and identify pain points that hamper platform usage.
The primary objective of the Excellence Explorer Squad is to enhance the usage of the SAP and IT Eco System and drive its adoption in commercial sites and manufacturing plants. The Team will work closely with market stakeholders, understand their pain points, and strategize ways to improve customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for partnering with Business partners in our Animal Health in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Quality area, supporting the (Global) Business Process in our ERP system.
You will report to Director - Animal Health IT Manufacturing and Supply and cooperate with Global SCM and Quality teams and local Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on the business side as well as Enterprise Process Management (EPM) colleagues and support team members.
Responsibilities
Support safeguarding the Global TemplateReviews and supports approval of changes before they are executed.Build strong relationship with Local Business Process Owners (LBPO’s) and Key Users / SME’sDelivers input to the GBPO and Team Manager for Projects and CRF’sManages medium complex projects.Participate in workshops, support testing, training and go-live.Support second line support team.Connect with EPM colleagues on to understand end-to-end processes and aim for improvements or impact of existing change requests.Ideal candidate
Experience / knowledge
Broad general IT knowledge and experienceIn depth knowledge of SAP SCM (SD/PP/MM) and QM solutionsMinimum Three - Five years or more hands on experience with SAP customizing in SCM (SD/PP/MM) and preferably in QM or other Manufacturing Modules Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in the pharmaceutical or discrete manufacturing or related industry. Have knowledge and experience in computer system validation is a preKnowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard softwareEducation
Higher educational or academic levelSAP R/3 relevant module at customizing levelProject management certification (eg PMI) and Lean Six Sigma green belt certification is a plusSkills
