Description Robert Half’s client is looking for a Product Manager for a 1 year contract that is hybrid onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota 1 to 3 days per week. This person will focus on expanding and refining personalization features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. In this execution-focused role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous shopping experiences, interest collection, and customer re-engagement strategies. You will help design and deliver data-driven features that optimize user journeys, with strategic guidance from the Senior Product Manager. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with UX design, engineering, and delivery teams to enhance personalized shopping experiences, such as saved carts and next-best-action (NBA) functionalities. + Execute product development plans focused on customer interest collection and re-engagement strategies. + Utilize data-driven insights from tools like Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to inform product decisions and optimize features. + Coordinate product delivery efforts in an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution. + Clearly communicate feature requirements, ensuring that technical teams understand the product vision and objectives. Requirements + 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in personalization and user engagement strategies. + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and product requirements. + Proven experience collaborating with Agile teams, design, and UX teams. + Data literacy with tools like Adobe Analytics and SQL (preferred).
