IT Product Manager III
Description We are in search of an IT Product Manager III to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, OR Atlanta, Georgia. (3x per week onsite) This role offers a long-term contract opportunity in the retail industry, where you will be primarily responsible for driving product strategy and development from concept to launch. As a Product Manager in our App Growth team, you'll hold a pivotal role in defining the future of retail by creating and fostering a culture of innovation, focused on meaningful and customer-centric experiences. You'll drive product strategy and development from conception to launch, collaborating closely with key internal teams, stakeholders, and engaging in extensive customer research. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy for customers, promote a test/learn/iterate mindset, and lead teams in embracing new ways of thinking and working. You'll be tasked with analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance retention, partnering with cross-functional teams of data scientists, marketing, product engineers, and operations to deliver experiences that significantly improve customer retention. Your role will also include designing models, success metrics, and reporting to assess the performance of retention campaigns, and creating test plans to optimize audience selection for these campaigns. Requirements Key Qualifications: + Minimum 4 years of relevant product management experience, including in Dev, UX, Strategy. + Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. + At least 2 years' practical experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutions, and cross-functional leadership. + Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: + 8 years of directly related experience. + 4 years of people management and team leadership experience. + Bachelor's or advanced Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing Communications, or related.
