Job Description Responsible for the continuous growth and improvement of digital channels that engage customers at scale toward building lasting relationships. The team ensures our target experiences across episodes reach our customers -- managing a prioritized roadmap of features, co-creating experiences with cross-functional teams, growing the usage of experiences, and closing the loop on channel improvements.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrioritizing feature roadmap

Implementing continuous channel improvements
Understanding business priorities and context and acting as the single point of contact for channel-related discussions

Product Execution: feature specification, product delivery, product quality
Customer Insight: fluency with data, voice of the customer, user experience design
Product Strategy: business outcome ownership, product vision and roadmapping, strategic impact.
Influencing People: stakeholder management, team leadership
Requirements
With proven 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, leading product initiatives, business development, user experience design, or a related area.
Must be a graduate of a business or IT course
