Salary: $3,657.33 - $5,668.19 per month commensurate with experience. Job Description Summary: The IT Professional II, under general direction, performs advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving for unit-level support in multiple technical fields. Responsibilities: - Assist team with PC tech support of 100-200 PCs, <10 Macbooks.- Assist team with AV support of classrooms, conference rooms.- Serves as a resource for internal and external customers.- Coordinates the installation and maintenance of both critical and non-critical software.- Resolves configuration system performance issues. - Document effort in a helpdesk, ITSM solution (Example: Jira, FreshService). Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Three years of related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. - Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. - Experience supporting PCs. - Ability to lift 40 lbs Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with MS Azure, Microsoft 365 Application, MS lntune.- Experience with PC Desktop and Macbook support, meeting SLA's. - Experience with Change Management.- A+ Certification. - Experience with Dell laptop/desktop equipment, specifications and driver updates. - Experience supporting AV equipment in classrooms/conference rooms.
