What will your job look like? Knowledge to support various Desktop and Laptop models available in Amdocs Image Amdocs Laptops and desktops with the Amdocs imageShould use the internal CRM application to log new cases & update progress on existing cases in a timely mannerUse technical knowledge bases(internal & external) to resolve technical issues & collaborate on issues with relevant teams as required Support meeting/conference room IT infrastructureHandle LAN issues individually. Involve remote Network team for any major network activities.Manage allocation and configuration of Telephony devices. Involve remote telephony team for any major telephony activities.Perform Logistics related activities like receiving IT equipment, updating asset management system & allocating IT equipment to employees.Vendor management – Deal with various telecom, network and desktop/laptop vendor to support existing requirements and plan for future requirementsInitiate procurement requirements for new Telecom, Network and PC/Laptop devices to support existing and growth requirementsNeed to be on call after office hours and during weekends for any major disruptions in IT ServiceAll you need is... B.S. Degree Graduate Must have 6- 24 months of technical support experience/ IT Operations Support.Knowledge to remote support tools like Windows Messenger, RDP, Net Meeting, SCCM knowledge of PC & laptop hardware knowledge of Windows 11 operating system, Windows System Administration, PC support and Network administration knowledge of managing Cisco LAN devices network and intermediate knowledge of Cisco WAN devices, Multiplexers and WAN topologyknowledge of Windows Exchange messaging system, backup systems like OneDrive, Commvault.
