Detailed Job Description:

Responsible for steering the program to ensure aims and objectives are met Responsible for bringing in lessons learnt, reusable artefacts like cut-over plan and recommending best practices in S/4HANA conversion program Serves as a champion within the client business community to communicate and enable the program objectives Responsible for escalated issue resolution and risk mitigation Manages and directs day to day program activities and resources Contributes in establishing Program Management office procedures and standards Develops and manages overall work plan including tracking deliverables, milestones and schedule manages issues, risks and scope to ensure identification, escalation and resolution in a time efficient manner Responsible for overall program delivery against agreed scope, schedule and budget Coordinates overall program resources planning and staffing, ensuring business engagement towards adoption Manage team members to ensure the work is performed effectively and productively, ensuring cross stream collaboration Provide support to Innovation lead for planning innovation roadmap and delivering agreed upon innovations  Oversee development of all project deliverables, ensuring completeness and quality
