**Responsibilities**
As an **IT Program Manager,** you will lead and oversee multiple high-impact technology initiatives that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned IT leader with 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs, engaging with executive stakeholders, and implementing best practices in Agile, ITIL, and Lean methodologies. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, strategic alignment, and continuous business transformation.
+ Oversee and manage complex, enterprise-wide IT programs and portfolios that support business transformation.
+ Align IT initiatives with corporate strategy and long-term business objectives.
+ Develop and execute multi-year program roadmaps, ensuring strategic impact and measurable business value.
+ Establish and maintain trusted relationships with executive leadership, business leaders, and technical teams.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between IT and the business, translating technical initiatives into strategic business outcomes.
+ Lead stakeholder alignment meetings to communicate program vision, risks, and key milestones at an executive level.
+ Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights to enable informed decision-making.
+ Drive program governance by developing standardized frameworks for program execution, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
+ Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring business continuity and program success.
+ Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and overall program financials.
+ Lead IT Service Management (ITSM) and change management initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
+ Implement and refine best practices in Agile, ITIL, and Lean methodologies to drive efficiency.
+ Ensure smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems across the enterprise.
+ Manage complex vendor relationships, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
+ Oversee ServiceNow CMDB governance and automation for IT asset and configuration management.
+ Ensure that IT solutions and programs are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
**Qualifications**
**Required Experience**
+ 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT programs and projects.
+ Extensive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery (ITIL preferred).
+ Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders across IT and business functions.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex IT environments.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
+ Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and IT asset management.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar IT programs with high complexity.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills at executive and technical levels.
+ Experience working independently in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to work on tight deadlines
+ Experience in automation is a plus
+ Experience in Lean processes
+ Ability to analyze requirements and build execution plans in line with technology strategy
**Preferred Experience**
+ Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
+ Hands-on experience with JDEdwards 9.X or higher.
+ Strong expertise in Lean, Agile, and automation methodologies.
+ Experience in enterprise-wide process optimization and business transformation.
+ SharePoint administration experience.
+ Advanced knowledge of vendor contract management and negotiation.
