Summary:

We are looking for a IT Technical Project Coordinator to join a globally distributed Development Department following an Agile Software Development and Release Methodology. This position should be able to manage project documentation, keep track of project scope and progress and familiar with technologies like Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, Java, Tomcat and mobile technology. The ideal candidate will be an energetic learner and enjoy sharing knowledge within the team via training sessions or documentation creation.
 

Role:

Support the project manager in creating project management documents, project timelines and project charters Oversee the procurement management of the project Consulting with Product and Infrastructure team to evaluate their needs and establish project objectives, deliverable approval standards and project schedules Consult with Development management so that project resources are delivered to the project team at the appropriate time. Serve as the interface between the project team and Product / Infrastructure Team from inception to completion Coordinate with the stakeholders, create records, and prepare reports Promote cross-team communication to assist the project team members in completing project tasks and deliverable Facilitated weekly project status calls and distributed meeting minutes with action items Coordinated project meetings, documented and distributed meeting minutes and action items Triaged user-reported bug feedback and helped manage JIRA and RT bugs databases Identified critical areas necessary for process improvement streamlining internal/external business communications Support the Design, develop, maintain, and support high-quality in-house software build systems for Enterprise class software Working in Linux which includes security, storage, GNU and Unix commands, Linux filesystems, shell & shell scripting Administering code repositories such as GIT Coordinate with project team to ensure systems can accommodate growth in our delivery needs by understanding the project requirements during the SDLC process and monitor applications for high availability  Availability via email, telephone, or any device

 

Requirements:

BE, BTech or MCA as educational qualification6-7 years’ experience in Project Management conceptsExperience in Agile software development processManaged various projects using PMI project management methodologies as well as lead organizational meetings to teach and implement project management practices Managed cross-functional team comprised of Business Analyst, Architecture/Design, QA and Development resources employing Lean Application Development project management methodologyTechnical knowledge in JBoss or Tomcat Application server, Oracle Database Intermediate working knowledge of Object Oriented programming language like Java Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across multiple business units, external clients and technology partners and fellow team membersPassion for continues learning, upskilling and self-driving initiatives to completion
