Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support a federal law enforcement client’s Open Source Intelligence Program focused on detecting threats to specific people, locations, and events. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will track, manage, and ensure progress across multiple IT projects, including SharePoint deployments, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools, and other IT initiatives. You will be a key player in moving projects forward using Agile methodologies, pushing past bureaucratic obstacles, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The work schedule will be regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work up to 40% remote after onboarding.

Responsibilities/Duties:   

Project Tracking & Management: Coordinate and track the progress of various IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with client objectives.Agile Methodology: Act like a Scrum Master, facilitating an Agile framework and ensuring teams follow Agile best practices for project tracking and implementation.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication, remove roadblocks, and ensure continuous progress on project goals.Stakeholder Management: Serve as a main point of contact for all IT project-related updates and deliverables, providing regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.Problem Solving: Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects moving forward.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project plans, documentation, and reports to ensure transparency, accountability, and clear communication across the organization.Bureaucratic Navigation: Navigate the complexities of a bureaucratic environment to ensure that projects continue to move forward, overcoming organizational challenges to achieve project success.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, plus 10 years of relevant experience.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of pushing projects forward in complex environments.Proven experience developing detailed project plans, visualizing project status using project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Kanban boards), and providing regular updates to leadership on project status.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or other SAFe certification.Experience serving as a Scrum Master and applying Agile methodologies to drive project success.
