The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: IT Project Coordinator/ IT Change Management SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia | Remote How a day to day would look like in this role: Supervise and apply corrective actions to action plans that support operations and project strategies. Responsible for the planning and control of activities inherent to the projects. Manage and supervise the quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with the established methodology and managing the corresponding risks. Identify the main causes of delays in the delivery of activities to the client and take corrective and/or preventive measures in conjunction with the manager. Actively participate in planning activities, including meetings, decision-making, and negotiating estimates and work plans for unscheduled activities. Evaluate the risks and contingencies of the project, considering technical and non-technical factors. You will be key in leading technology adoption, training teams, and minimizing resistance to change, ensuring that the project generates value for the service customers. What we need to see from you Profile: Background in systems engineering or related fields with experience coordinating high-complexity technology projects. It is desirable to have experience or a strong curiosity about projects involving the adoption of new technologies within organizations. Required Skills: Experience in implementation and management of services. Ability for planning and project control. Knowledge in the configuration and administration of technological management tools. Ability to analyze and report operational and project metrics. Skill in identifying and managing risks. Analytical capacity for performance evaluation and resource optimization. Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to work in a team and lead projects. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, encouraging partnership between IT, operations, and customer service areas. ITIL Certification is nice to have.
