Responsibilities:

Leading the initiation, definition and implementation of the programBuilding a program roadmap and ensuring that it is realizedManaging a team of experienced project managersFollow-up of the realization of the program objectivesReporting on the progress of the realization of the program objectives to the business managementFollow-up of the benefit realization and the costs incurredManagement of the program risks and dependencies with other programs and projectsMonitoring the proper functioning of the core team

QualificationsMaster degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics+3 years experience in consultancy and if possible experience in managing complex programsExperience with software implementationStrong leadershipGood facilitatorBeing able to bring structure, being able to keep calmLanguage skills: French or Dutch and English
