Position Overview:

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a highly motivated IT Project Management Intern for Summer 2025. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to assist with and learn the responsibilities of an IT Project Manager within our newly implemented Project Management Office (PMO). You will work across multiple IT divisions and gain experience in project management, business analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with project management tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare documentation and presentation materials for meetings. Utilize the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module in ServiceNow to track project scope, schedule, and resources. Conduct project status checks and debrief teams on action items. Create and maintain training materials and facilitate cross-departmental communications. Work with stakeholders to understand needs and refine project requirements. Document PM processes, procedures, and workflows.
