Your Responsibilities: As an IT Project Management Intern, you will: Support Technology tools with project setup, updates, and data management. Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather and document requirements for tool/process enhancements. Ensure accurate completion of relevant documentation. Schedule and facilitate meetings with technical resources and business unit partners. Help ensure compliance with departmental processes in task execution. Contribute to process development and training with the APMO. Manage governance initiatives to keep project portfolios updated. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead proof of concept initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Operations, graduating in May 2026. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Attitude: A proactive learner with a positive service mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, ADO, Word, Excel, Box, Wiki, and Visio is a plus. Basic Excel data analysis skills are required. Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
