Job Duties As an IT Project Management Intern, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of the initiatives within the Inspire 365 Program, ensuring alignment with business goals, objectives, and timelines. This role offers hands-on experience in project management methodologies, Enterprise systems, and cross-functional collaboration, providing a solid foundation for your professional growth. Project Support Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating Inspire 365 Program activities. Support the Inspire 365 Program Delivery Director to define project scope and delivery options Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and HR, to ensure project deliverables meet business needs. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist in organizing and leading meetings and workshops. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze project data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate project status to stakeholders. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize ERP-related processes and workflows. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures. Tool and Technology Support Gain proficiency in project management tools used by the organization. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Information Technology or a related field.
