We are looking for an IT Project Management Officer (IT PMO) to support strategic initiatives within the scope of services provided by Allianz Services Spain. The role focuses on delivering operational and technical support, coordinating global stakeholders, and driving excellence in project execution.

 

What you do

 

Organizational and Technical Support: Provide administrative and technical support for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of Allianz. Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and ensuring clear communication between internal teams and external partners. Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress, prepare reports, and deliver presentations for executive-level meetings and project updates. Risk and Quality Management: Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Team Coordination: Manage the project’s task board (e.g., Kanban), ensuring updates, task follow-ups, and proper prioritization. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements in project processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

 

What you bring

 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in IT project management or related fields. Proven expertise in international project management and PMO methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint). Familiarity with IT and PMO processes. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in virtual and multicultural teams. Self-motivated and customer-centric working style. High level of self-organization and proactiveness. Strong ability to work under pressure.
