•       8+ years of experience in managing the multiple IT infrastructure projects includes Network , DB , Storage , backup
•       Good understanding of IT refresh and migration projects
•       Define review and reporting mechanism for IT refresh projects , understand the dependency and work with different teams to complete the pending tasks
•       Schedule meetings Provide project status update to ATI stakeholders    
•       Requirement gathering , sequencing of projects , discussion with ATI stakeholders for sign off                    
•       Coordinate and follow up with Application / region owners for necessary information and approval.        
•       Coordinate with existing operations team to understand the existing set up , identify and highlight risk                  
•       Follow up / sync up call with project teams , get update from the team and share it with client
•       Manage escalations / complaints related to project deliverables and provide proper justification to ATI stakeholders
•       Create change request , Attend CAB Meetings and get approval from CAB 
•       Ensure activity is completed during the change window and provide regular update to stakeholders
•       Work with different teams to check the readiness of hardware / software for all locations. All queries / status related to hardware to be tracked
•       Prepare standard operating procedure or technical documents 
•       PMP certification is the advantage.
