Detailed Job Description:

5+ years of experience in delivering CRM solutions (preferably Dynamics 365) in the role of Program Manager Good technical understanding on Dynamics 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 Portals, AI/ML, Bots and Customer Service App Experience managing at least two full lifecycle implementations using Dynamics 365 / CRM. Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with senior executives. Excellent organization, communication, presentation, training, customer relationship and analytical skills Highly motivated, self - starter with the ability to work within an operating framework Customer service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to be highly effective in a virtual team organization Familiar with agile implementation methodology Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Microsoft Dynamics certifications
