Extensive experience in organizing Scrum Ceremonies Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Daily standups Sprint Review, Backlog refinement, SoS, User Stories and estimates, numerous Burndown techniques, velocity, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline. Proven record as Project Manager in developing plans for disaster recovery, change management.
