Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Job Duties/ Responsibilities: Clear understanding of industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, for EUC Work with multiple vendors for EUC functions including client stakeholders Work in Various life cycle stages for EUC – including procurement, execution, ITAD etc. Expertise on Onsite and remote EUC locations function and solving / prioritizing HARD/ Soft IMAC. Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects Planning/organizing — able to prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks. Quality control— demonstrates accuracy in configuration and documentation, with a desire for standardization. Dependability— consistently at work and on time, ensures follow-up with customers. Teamwork – works well with co-workers, including cross-training on technology. Qualifications: Experience with EUC, and Service Now. Sound knowledge of infrastructure and EUC functions Project experience with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Strong Vendor Relationship Management skills ITIL Global Process Experience preferred Familiarity with Service Now Experience operating with a PPM
