Detailed Job Description:

Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Knowledge of various welldocumented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approachexample Burndown technologies.

Guiding the team and organization on how to use AgileScrum practices Owns the scrum process ceremonies for the team, coordinate with other scrum masters, weekly reports to the client covering capacity and sprint exitplanning, Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
