Duties to include

Review and document the change impact of software development projects, software vendor version updates, process definition projects, and other projects being deployed within the Serialization program. This includes impact changes for both internal technology teams and for software-end business users. Provide leadership updates on project change impacts, associated risks, and mitigation. Coordinate through others and perform hands on creation of identified change deliverables such as Support How-To Knowledge Articles, End-User communications, application functionality training documents, system diagrams, etc.  Develop PowerPoint decks/Visios and supporting diagrams/swim lanes based on SME and leadership input. Coordinate document reviews for a variety of Serialization program standard documents written by subject matter experts. Improve document content and readability and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to revise. Documents will include functional enhancement, business requirement, technical requirements, test results, and compliance documents. Also included will be System Architecture Diagrams, Process Flows, Sim Lanes, Instructional Materials, Standard Operating Procedures, User Training Materials and FAQs, Support Knowledge Base Articles. Organize project deliverables and manage project storage Sharepoint location content Create new templates and structures to support additional Solution document needs Organize Project Toolkit artifacts Maintain a core library of training content
