The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards, while applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and collaborate with stakeholders to meet sprint goals and deliver value Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communicate status effectively Guide the team in resolving technical issues, customization requests, and integrations, prioritizing tasks by ticket urgency Compile and present performance metrics, and maintain comprehensive project, deployment, and documentation Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security industry practices Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, encompassing IT support, application lifecycle management, user and data access management, and robust security and privacy protocols
