Plan for and ensure quality and timelines of implementation of activities related to process design and developing detailed scope document for IT infrastructureContribute in activities related to risk planning, requirement elicitation, analysis of IT Infrastructure architecture, creation, and review of designSupport proposal creation activities and participate in the solution design for the given requirement.Co - ordinate with all stakeholders for scoping, issue resolution and status updatesCome up with requirements document and traceability matrix by participating in the requirements elicitation workshopsWell versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels (L0, L1, L2, L3 L4)Basic knowledge on various Infra technology landscape (Compute, Storage, Network, Database)Analyze Critical, High, and Medium production issues and find automation possibilitiesCreate analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issuesMinimum years of experience: 10+
