At least 4 years of experience in Banking Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes At least 3 years of experience in implementing migration projects of large On-Premises Skype for Business voice user accounts (minimum of 100,000) into MS Teams At least 2 years of experience in implementing projects for any of these areas: Voice/Telephony Systems Deployment, Video Conferencing System design and deployment. Integration of various UC systems At least 2 years of experience in reviews of design, technical specs, existing journey maps, personas etc. At least 2 years of experience in Roadmap and capability building UC Good understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP and RTCP standards Knowledge of UCaaS systems and OEM vendor landscape Worked on integrated UC environment for Voice
