Leading cross-functional teams, onshore and offshore Developing the project plan and leading the team through completion. This includes team status meetings, ensuring team does not go off the rails, meets deadlines and deliverables, etc. Managing risks and issues Managing scope and any subsequent scope changes/creep Managing project budget Manages any resource constraints Maintaining status updates, forecasts and budget in Clarity tool Creating status reports  Communicating progress, issues, update, escalations, etc. to Steering Committee & Stakeholders
