Solution manager Expert with 8 years of Solution Manager experience Worked on Upgrade of SAP Solution Manager from 7.2 to latest SPs Worked on Solution Manager 7.2 version End to End implementation of CHaRM Troubleshooting the CHaRM issues Configuration of SOLDOC Worked on Configuring SLD, Diagnostic Agent, Wily, host Agent for different systems Worked on Managed system configuration for ABAP,JAVA systems Configured CTS and CTS for ABAP and JAVA applications Configured HUB connectivity with SAP Support
