Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can develop yourself? As an IT Project Manager specializing in digital medical device technology within our Agile-oriented environment, you will lead the coordination and execution of projects involving cloud-based developments across multiple product lines. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration with vendors, adherence to Agile principles, and successful project outcomes that align with strategic business objectives.

What will you be doing?
Project Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with Agile methodologies.Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure timely and effective project delivery.Agile Project Management:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to drive project progress and team collaboration.Track and communicate sprint progress, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with multiple vendors involved in cloud-based developments, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.Risk Management and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.Monitor project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards (e.g., FDA regulations for medical devices, GDPR for data privacy) and internal quality processes.Oversee the validation and verification of cloud-based solutions to meet product requirements and customer expectations.What will you need to be successful?
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience (~5 years) as a project manager in an Agile environment, preferably within the medical device or healthcare technology industry.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.Competences: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.Flexibility to adapt work hours to different time zones.Languages: Advanced English levelPreferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).Experience: Experience with cloud-based solutions and vendor management in a regulated environment.Knowledge: Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).You.
