Description: Job purpose • Oversee project development and testing. Plan pilot and rollout scheduling. Execute and monitor plan to guarantee a successful implementation. • Oversee and maintain Store System configurations. Provide, test, and implement regular software updates. Interact with multiple internal and external vendors. • Manage the installation of the store systems and network for new construction and remodel projects. • Review reported system issues. Determine and provide solutions. Test and monitor updates Duties and responsibilities The primary job duties and responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to; • Regular interaction with Architect, General Contractor, Equipment and Service Vendors, and provide internal status updates. • Analyze reported issues. And determine causes. • Monitor software and hardware upgrade developments. • Maintain and oversee lab configurations and testing. • Develop graphical and configuration modifications. • Provide solutions. • Pilot Stage planning, implementation and monitoring. Interaction with vendors and customers. • Rollout Stage planning, implementation and monitoring. Interaction with vendors and customers. • Implement configuration modifications and enhancements. • Coordinate the schedule of all vendors to complete project by target date. • Maintain and oversee hardware and software installation status.
