•             Scope Management

•  Clear definition of scope in the Business Case and Project Management Plan and Business Requirements Documents

•  Management of scope change throughout project using change control process

•             Cost Management

•  Estimates included in Business Cases and Project Management Plan

•  Baselines budget

•  Actuals and estimates to be completed monthly

•  Change variations raised for budgets with more than (± 5%) variation

•             Resource/Time Management

•  Defined project org. structure and roles and responsibilities (communicated to team)

•  Effort estimations produced for all activities

•  Actual effort and progress against schedule tracked throughout project

•             Quality Management

•  Ensure Quality Criteria for project are defined

•             Complete Quality Checks throughout project to ensure solution meets required quality

Qualification, Essential skills and experience

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related fieldProject Management Qualifications (Prince 2, PMBOK)Experience leading enterprise level rollouts / deployments.Strong stakeholder skills: this role will need to bring together disparate stakeholders and drive the formation of a cohesive program of work. As such, this role requires a natural collaborator.Strong commercial acumen – experienced in negotiating and driving project outcomes through preferred suppliers/partnersDisciplined approach to planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring activities against plan and financial reconciliationBroad knowledge of the Regions portfolio. This role will work across a variety of projects not limited to tech assist, integrations and migration projects.Knowledge and experience in Agile/ScrumProducing comprehensive business cases for projects which accurately scope options, cost estimates and define clear benefitsSuccessfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneouslyFacilitate problem resolution across the project team, steering committee and stakeholdersApplying project governance and controls across each initiative – ensuring that project stage gates are adhered to and signoffs received for core deliverablesPlanning and coordinating global project resources and managing these individuals as a virtual teamManaging project interdependencies and clearly escalating where there are issues/roadblocks preventing successful deliveryDelivering projects to scope, quality schedule and budget
